Moving to Jamroom Server

You can see by the attached image why I'm seriously considering moving to a Jamroom server, but need more advice. I have two hosting packages with Arvixe ( https://www.arvixe.com/), one that I use for my Jamroom sites. Can I move these to a Jamroom server without loosing content, especially my Jamroom sites? How long will the process take? Plus lots of other questions...

System Core update stalled? (self-hosted)

After starting the update to 7.0 the icon is still twirling after about thirty minutes. The cancel button is not active and so I cannot cancel the update that way. What are the consequences of just closing or reloading the page – and what should I look for on the server (and in what directory) to see if there is a temporary file that should be deleted? The site is still loading properly in another window.

Hosted Uploading Videos Issues on Audio Pro

Hello. After updated jamroom and the skins to the latest version any self-hosted videos are no longer playing. Getting the below error is displayed. I had followed all the recommendations from previews posts without. The problem seems to be skin related since I had tested on all other skins and works fine. The problem is only happening with the Audio Pro skin. The you have recommendations to remediate this issue? Thank You Very Much

I have a hosted account. When I login at jamroom.net and look at profile, settings, etc, where should I look to see if I am in JR 4 or JR 5, and which version is being used? I suspect it is somewhere obvious, and that I have been looking in all the wrong places.

I am trying to set up mailgun for my site which is hosted by JR. I have my Mailgun API numbers ready, and following the mailgun setup instructions, am looking for the place to enter these API codes. I expected to see the "server settings button" on the screen shown in the attached screenshot. But no such thing is there that I can see. Where should I go from here?
